Ayres DCunha is currently a NYS Licensed Associate Broker, with eXp Realty USA, where he brings a combined wealth of experience servicing both local and international clients. His international travels and interactions with people from all over the world has given him the cultural understanding, skill set, and ability to quickly connect with clientele from diverse backgrounds. Honesty, integrity, focus, quality service, sharp negotiating and communication skills, topped off with a keen sense of humor are his core strengths. Ayres owned a video post production facility in Manhattan for over 17 years before becoming a NYS Licensed Associate Broker.
Ayres now handles Residential Homes, Co-ops and Condominium Sales and Rentals as well as Commercial Real Estate Sales and Rentals all across Long Island and the Tri-state area.
